Business (not exactly) as usual

What we are doing and how we are working during the coronavirus outbreak

The team at AlphaFirst is now fully remote. Like many companies, we’ve taken seriously the government advice to limit all non-essential travel and contact between staff, customers and suppliers.

If you have an emergency IT support issue, please contact us in the normal way and we will triage and advise the most appropriate course of action.

Future site visits will be limited to emergency only, and are at the discretion of each individual staff member – safety of people is our primary concern at this time.

We can continue to operate a near normal service remotely. There may be instances where we ask you to do a little more than usual to help us – for instance set up remote connections, or plug things in. I would ask for your patience please – all of us here are doing our level best to keep up with demand and continue to provide the best service we can.

All the best and take care
Jeremy
