Who is it for?
Any businesses without the need for a more regular managed IT support agreement or who’d prefer to only pay for IT support when they need it.
How does it work?
- We’ll give you your own dedicated engineer who will get to know you and your business and find out what you need from our IT support
- We’ll then set up a regular visit to you, as frequent or as infrequent as you like but typically every three months or so.
- Each visit would usually take around an hour (or longer if you need it), and we can answer any questions you have, do some checks and solve any issues you’ve got while there, or schedule some follow-up time to look into later if needed.
- We’ll set up a reminder on our systems for your next visit. If you don’t need us that time around, we’ll bump to the time after with no obligation or cost to you.
- If you need us in between visits, just give us a call. We’ll still aim to help you as soon as we can and same day if possible, on the understanding customers on an agreement may take priority.
How much does it cost?
You only pay for the time you need, at our standard ad-hoc rate, billable in just quarter-hour increments. Please contact us for more details.
